Important: All duties, taxes, and import fees are always pre-paid by us, so you will never have to pay extra upon delivery.

Delivery Times
- United States & United Kingdom: Most orders are shipped from within the country. Delivery usually takes 2–5 days depending on your location. (Shipped from California, US or Watford, UK).
- Other Countries: Delivery typically takes 5–10 days. We always ship from the closest available warehouse to your location whenever possible. Please note that stock availability can vary by market, as certain power tool brands are not offered in every region.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. If your order is shipped from outside your country, you will receive both an international and a local tracking number.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Customers are also responsible for monitoring tracking updates and coordinating with the carrier when required.
If a carrier is unable to complete delivery because the address is incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or because the customer is unavailable to arrange delivery, pickup, or redelivery, the package may be returned to sender.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to sender without prior authorization from PowerToolsAdapters.com, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from any refund issued.
A 20% restocking fee may also apply if a package is returned because delivery could not be completed for reasons outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
- carrier unable to access the delivery location,
- business closed during delivery attempts,
- customer unavailable to coordinate delivery with the carrier,
- refused delivery,
- failure to collect the package from a pickup location,
- or failure to respond to carrier contact attempts.
Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and carrier-related fees are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
